On May 26, 2025, two quarter-final matches of the LBS Suzuki 22nd Inter Branch YMA Football Tournament were played. Armed Veng South and Bethlehem Vengthlang both defeated their respective opponents to advance to the semi-finals.

In the first match, Armed Veng South defeated Kawnpui Venglai 4-0, while in the second match, Bethlehem Vengthlang beat Bawngkawn 2-1.

The match between Bethlehem Vengthlang and Bawngkawn was very exciting. Bawngkawn scored first in the 13th minute when Vanlalawmpuia easily converted a precise cross from Mka from the right side of the box, giving Bawngkawn a 1-0 lead.

Just before halftime, Bethlehem Vengthlang equalized through Dinpuia. A corner kick from Ramzauva was not cleared by the Bawngkawn goalkeeper, and Dinpuia, at the far post, controlled the ball and struck it beautifully into the top corner.

In the 56th minute of the second half, Bethlehem Vengthlang scored a brilliant goal. The ball was played out from the goalkeeper, passed around, and from the left side, Rammawia crossed it into the box, where Emmanuel Lalhruaizela controlled it and scored.

Shortly after, Rammawia took a powerful shot from just outside the box, but the Bawngkawn goalkeeper managed to save it.

At the end of the match, Bethlehem Vengthlang secured a 2-1 victory and advanced to the semi-finals.
