Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr has reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign Portuguese forward Joao Felix. The deal involves an initial payment of €30 million (£26.2m), with potential add-ons that could bring the total transfer fee to €50 million.

This move comes after Chelsea set a €50 million valuation for the 25-year-old, who had also attracted interest from a major club in Portugal.

Felix spent the second half of the 2024-25 season on loan at AC Milan, who paid a €5.5 million loan fee. Despite expressing a desire to stay in Italy, the move was not made permanent. Before his loan to Milan, he had started just three Premier League games for Chelsea.

The Portugal international's journey has seen significant movement recently. He initially joined Chelsea on loan from Atletico Madrid in 2023 before the London club made the deal permanent in August 2024 for £44.5 million. His contract with Chelsea was set to run until 2030.

Felix will now join Al Nassr, who finished third in the Saudi Pro League last season. This transfer marks another significant change for the forward and another active summer for Chelsea in the transfer market, having already brought in several new attacking players.
